Moving Right Along...

Hi fellow readers and - more importantly - friends. I am steadily losing here, and that is such a great thing. This week I ate more than I think I was supposed to, but all the foods were on my list of allowed foods. I did still lose, but I think I could be doing this better. I promised to my counselor that I would start keeping track of the food I eat on a daily basis, like I am supposed to. This really helps me to understand and see just how scientific and structured this program is. 


This week, my weight is down four pounds from last week, and as it should, my BMI has also gone down more.


Weight: 375.0
BMI: 66.5


I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I am beginning to love cooking. I know I'm not the best cook, but I am learning, and I really am enjoying the process. And it has only taken about 4 months! :-) And in time, my friend assures me, that I will get better at it and be able to "wow" people with my mad skills!
