Progress, Progress!

Hello all you wonderful encouragers! I had to up my dosage of the hCG for the mornings this week, because I have been dealing with hunger this week. My evening dose has remained the same. When you're on the hCG diet, you shouldn't have bouts of hunger like traditional diets. Increasing the dose of hCG (by the professional, not by me) does wonders for the hunger issue.

I have had thoughts of stopping, because there are foods that I do miss, and it would be easier to just eat whatever I feel like eating, but then I look at my results and remember how much better I feel, and I realize that quitting is not an option right now.

I bought a new shirt this weekend, and I am so happy to announce that it was THREE SIZES SMALLER than what I started out with at the beginning of this endeavor. I am down to a 5X, which is tremendous, as I had been wearing an 8X before. This is such an encouraging thing to me, and I hope it encourages you as well. If I can do it, so can you.

Now onto this week's weigh-in...

Weight: 383.4 (down 6.2 pounds from last week)
BMI: 68.0 (down 1.1 from last week)

I am thrilled with these results. And I would love for you all to share my story with others, please follow my blog, and leave your encouraging comments. Thank you so much for your compassion and love toward me in this venture. It is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but with the support and love of many people, and of course from God, it seems much less difficult. I know I can do this.

Much love,
Sarah

  1. Sarah you're doing absolutely brilliantly and I love your attitude...yes it would be very easy to eat all the bad stuff you miss BUT nothing & I mean nothing tastes as good as weight loss and dropping dress sizes.
Great work Sarah......keep it up - love & encouragement from your friend Rosie Posie-Tom
