This week has been a bit different. I did lose weight, so that is good, but I also celebrated my birthday on the 25th. I was allowed to go a little off course to celebrate, and I enjoyed some Subway Chicken and Dumpling soup, along with a sandwich and some Frito's. I am actually a bit happy to say that while it was good, I over-did it just a little. I enjoyed the flavors, but now I know that I don't need as much to satisfy myself. That is a good thing! I even threw away most of the Frito's!
My weight: 402.4 (down 3.0 pounds from last week, for a total of 46.4 pounds lost to date!)
BMI: 71.4 (down .5 points from last week, for a total of 5.1 points to date!)
Today is the day after my birthday, and I continued to eat more than I should. I had a really rough day today, I will be honest. But tomorrow is a new day, and I am encouraged by friends to "get back on the horse," because that is what life is all about in this sense: it's a series of ups and downs, with hopefully more ups than downs. And when we are down, we need to dust off ourselves and get back up to a new, beautiful day.
Keep going Sarah, you're doing great, we're all allowed a little diversion at times, I'm really proud of you for your determination.
